California Draft Industrial Storm Water Permit Web Conference Series: Properly Preparing a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan

Chris Haynes from the State Water Resources Board will discuss the Board’s initiative for improving storm water quality through additional storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) requirements. Foley Partner S. Wayne Rosenbaum will provide legal insights concerning the new SWPPP requirements, and Sean Porter of SCS Engineers will provide a detailed discussion on developing, implementing, and monitoring SWPPP according to the new Draft Permit.
