Donna Pugh presented at the Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education on The Nuts and Bolts of Land Use Law and Zoning. During her presentation, Donna provided valuable insight into the fundamentals of land use law and zoning, zoning relief, strategies of community outreach, identifying relevant stakeholders, and the importance of doing your due diligence in what can be a very unpredictable practice area. Specifics about the City of Chicago zoning process were also discussed.
