Rutt to Address IP Committee for the Aerospace Industries Association on Government Patent Infringement Litigation

Intellectual Property (IP) Senior Counsel J. Steven Rutt will address the IP Committee for the Aerospace Industries Association on the topic of “Government Patent Infringement Litigation: Zoltek v. U.S.” Dr. Rutt was lead author of the article “Getting Your Day in Court: Avoiding Pitfalls in Patenting Nanomaterial Manufacture” (2006), which outlined the complex history and implications of the Zoltek v. U.S. patent litigation decision.
The Aerospace Industries Association represents the nation’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of civil, military, and business aircraft, helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles, space systems, aircraft engines, missiles, materiel, and related components, equipment, services, and information technology.
