The Dallas Business Journal covered M&A Advisor’s recent announcement naming the finalists for the 13th Annual M&A Advisor Award. Gardere is one of few North Texas firms being nominated for the prestigious award, which recognizes the world’s leading dealmaking professionals.
Gardere is being recognized for representing Plains Cotton Cooperative Association, the nation’s largest cotton cooperative, in the sale of its U.S. and Guatemala textile operations to Monomoy Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm, and Kingsmoor LLC, an investment company with operational experience in the apparel industry. The Gardere team representing Plains Cotton Cooperative Association was led by Partners David H. Segrest and Kevin A. Chumney.
