Dallas Partner Todd Murray has been elected board secretary of the NACD North Texas Chapter, the advocate for the profession of directorship.
Murray, vice chair of the firm’s Securities Enforcement & Litigation Practice, focuses his practice on class actions, securities litigation, director and officer fiduciary duty and corporate governance disputes, corporate litigation involving complex accounting and financial issues and energy-related matters.
