“客户将资金托付给Cred时,他们认为这些钱是安全的,”他解释道,因为Cred自称像“经纪商、期货佣金商或银行”那样运作。但古德曼补充说,这些资金在某些情况下却流向了“不法之徒,或是携款潜逃的内部人员”。
