Ed Baxa represented owners, general contractors, design professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers in complex commercial litigation with a focus on construction disputes. He regularly handled contract drafting and negotiation, bid protests, workouts, claims litigation, and arbitration proceedings. His experience also included negotiating AIA form contracts and the preparation/negotiation of Engineering Procurement and Construction contracts for manufacturing facilities.

Ed tried cases involving a myriad of construction projects, including resort hotels, wastewater treatment plants, shopping centers, and residential developments. In addition to his work in the construction industry, he also represented various corporate clients in connection with government and internal investigations and health care clients on fraud and abuse issues and in qui tam actions.
