Tyler Kennedy is a member of the Transactions Practice Group and is based in our Jacksonville office.
Tyler represents emerging companies, late-stage private companies, and domestic and international venture capital funds in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. He advises clients through the full business life cycle, from entity formation and financings to late-stage investments and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to practicing law, Tyler held several positions in private industry, including leading financial planning and operational analysis for a nine-figure business unit at a national financial service provider, equipping him with valuable business insight that informs his legal approach.

- Advised a company developing state-of-the-art cyber capabilities against a variety of military-relevant systems in its sale to a leading publicly listed technology company.*
