Neil Martin is a management labor attorney who represents employers in labor, civil rights, employment contracts, contract negotiations, non-competition covenants, arbitration, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, wage and hour, age discrimination, Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and equal credit matters.
Neil has represented clients before the U.S. Supreme Court, National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, OSHA and the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as various other federal and state appellate and district courts, and agency boards.
