塔妮娅·C·奥尼尔专注于环境法领域逾二十载。其当前执业重点在于代表十余家环境受托人处理跨州环境破产信托事务，涉及超过15个州境内的污染场地，业务涵盖生效日前谈判与尽职调查、确认后管理、修复、资产处置及争议解决。  虽然多数环境信托客户持有前化工厂址，但也有信托持有前矿场及废弃物处置场等资产。塔尼亚在并购及跨州交易的环境尽职调查、环境污染保险覆盖范围的获取与协商、现行及历史保单的保险理赔、环境许可审批、合规管理及修复领域均拥有丰富经验。她现任本所环境法规及保险与再保险诉讼业务部的合伙人。

Tanya regularly counsels sellers, buyers and related corporate counsel throughout the country regarding all aspects of environmental due diligence and related purchase and sale agreement negotiations, and liability allocation. She has been involved in the remediation of sites in more than 25 states, ranging from dry cleaners to mining operations, chemical and pesticide manufacturers to smelters and hazardous and radioactive waste disposal sites.
