- Sara Ann Brown, a senior counsel in Foley’s Dallas office, was appointed co-chair of the Litigation Section’s Business Torts & Unfair Competition Committee. She is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
- Elizabeth A. N. Haas, a partner in the firm’s Milwaukee office, will continue to serve as co-chair of Committee Operations for the Antitrust Section. She is chair of Foley’s Antitrust Practice Group.
- Kate Gehl, a senior counsel in Foley’s Milwaukee office, will continue to serve as vice-chair of the Antitrust Section’s Intellectual Property Committee. She is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Antitrust Practice Groups.
- Eli Evans, an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, was appointed as the Young Lawyer Representative to the Antitrust Section’s Economics Committee. He is a member of Foley’s Antitrust, Securities Enforcement & Litigation, and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups.
- Richard Flannery, an associate in Foley’s Washington, D.C. office, was appointed as the Young Lawyer Representative to the Antitrust Section’s Healthcare & Pharma Committee. He is a member of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group.
- Ian Hampton, a senior counsel in the firm’s Milwaukee office, was appointed as the Young Lawyer Representative to the Antitrust Section’s Long Range & Strategic Planning Committee. He is a member of Foley’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
