Foley Attorneys Appointed to ABA Leadership Positions

Foley & Lardner LLP is pleased to announce that six of its attorneys have been newly appointed or have retained leadership positions with the American Bar Association (ABA) for the 2022-23 term.

Sara Ann Brown, a senior counsel in Foley’s Dallas office, was appointed co-chair of the Litigation Section’s Business Torts & Unfair Competition Committee. She is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
Elizabeth A. N. Haas, a partner in the firm’s Milwaukee office, will continue to serve as co-chair of Committee Operations for the Antitrust Section. She is chair of Foley’s Antitrust Practice Group.
Kate Gehl, a senior counsel in Foley’s Milwaukee office, will continue to serve as vice-chair of the Antitrust Section’s Intellectual Property Committee. She is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Antitrust Practice Groups.
Eli Evans, an associate in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, was appointed as the Young Lawyer Representative to the Antitrust Section’s Economics Committee. He is a member of Foley’s Antitrust, Securities Enforcement & Litigation, and Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Groups.
Richard Flannery, an associate in Foley’s Washington, D.C. office, was appointed as the Young Lawyer Representative to the Antitrust Section’s Healthcare & Pharma Committee. He is a member of the firm’s Antitrust Practice Group.
Ian Hampton, a senior counsel in the firm’s Milwaukee office, was appointed as the Young Lawyer Representative to the Antitrust Section’s Long Range & Strategic Planning Committee. He is a member of Foley’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group.
