Partner Nate Lacktman was a guest on the DataPoint podcast, “Special Telemedicine Series: Are Law Finally Catching Up with Innovation in Healthcare?” about how law and policy can help or hinder necessary innovation in healthcare.
Lacktman discussed with host Greg Matthews a variety of topics including the evolution of telemedicine. Lacktman noted that states have begun to change the way they define telemedicine and telehealth to help encourage innovations. “They are aware of being too proscriptive in the definition , it will inhibit innovation and creativity,” he said.
