Partner Nate Lacktman was quoted in a Bloomberg Law article, “Telehealth Faces Legal Obstacles Before It Can Take Off,” about potential barriers to the government’s proposed expansion of telehealth services.
Lacktman said the Centers for Medicare & Medicare Services was exceptionally broad in defining how Medicare Advantage plans could deliver telehealth services, which could include everything from secure messaging to artificial intelligence chatbots.
