Partner Christopher Swift was interviewed on Al Jazeera about a claim by Michael Cohen, President Trump’s former personal lawyer, that Trump knew beforehand about a planned meeting between campaign aides and Russians with ties to the Kremlin.
“If the president did indeed know about the purpose of these meetings with Russian officials and their representatives in Trump Tower, than that would create the knowledge element necessary for a criminal charge,” he said.
