The Dallas Morning News highlighted Gardere’s future Dallas office home at the 20-story McKinney & Olive tower in Uptown Dallas. After two years of construction, the building will welcome its first tenants later this month.
“We are way ahead of schedule on leasing," said Joseph Pitchford, Crescent Real Estate managing director. “We could be not more pleased with how the building has turned out.”
The Firm has agreed to a 15-year lease with Crescent and plans to occupy approximately 115,000 square feet on floors 14 through 17.
