Foley Partner Cheryl Wagonhurst interviewed Chicago Mayor Richard Daley in the August 2008 issue of Compliance & Ethics Magazine. Wagonhurst and Daley discussed the City of Chicago’s formal compliance program, adding that the City of Chicago’s Office of Compliance is the first in the country for a city government structure.
