In his presentation titled “Legal Risks & Potential Pitfalls of the Cloud,” Mr. Vogel will discuss the impact that local, state, federal and international law may have on services and a company’s information that’s stored in the cloud, how accessible data is, how it is backed up, and how HIPAA and PCI compliance issues are being addressed.
