Gardere Government Affairs Senior Attorney Kristina Weber Silcocks will be speaking for the IRWA's 2013 Eminent Domain Seminar: Current Legal Issues in Right of Way, IRWA Chapters 39 & 74.
The seminar and golf tournament will take place in San Marcos, Texas at the San Marcos Activity Center. The golf tournament, benefiting Make-A-Wish® Central & South Dallas, will take place on Sept. 5. A speaker since 2002, Ms. Silcocks will be leading a panel discussion on applicable cases gathered within the last year.
