Foley is proudly sponsoring NanoBiotech 2009, being held at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Center for Biotechnology and Interdisciplinary Studies. In addition, Leon Radomsky, partner and chair of the Nanotechnology Industry Team, will serve on the organizing committee for the conference. The conference highlights cutting-edge R&D and explores commercialization opportunities of nanotechnology, biotechnology, medicine, pharma, and related science and engineering fields. NanoBiotech 2009 also offers networking opportunities to researchers, engineers, scientists, intellectual property practitioners, and venture capitalists, among others.

Leon is chairing the Patent Law, Regulatory Issues and Nanoethics session and presenting, Ten Best Practices to Commercialize Your Invention (What Investors Look For). His presentation will include practical steps for inventors to consider in an effort to increase their chances of receiving financing from investors.
