The Impact of Information Technology, the Internet and Social Media on the Courts

The State Bar of Texas released an Aug. 31, 2011 speech given by Partner Peter S. Vogel, Chair of the Internet, eCommerce and Technology Team, for the Department of State. Mr. Vogel spoke at the Texas Supreme Court to over 100 judicial visitors from around the world on "The Impact of Information Technology, the Internet and Social Media on the Courts."
