Foley Partner Judith A. Waltz and Of Counsel Heidi A. Sorensen will be speakers at the AHLA/HCCA Fraud & Compliance Forum September 25-27, 2011 in Baltimore, Maryland. The Forum is jointly sponsored by the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) and Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).

Ms. Waltz will be speaking on September 26, 2011 with Julie Burns, Office of the General Counsel, US Department of Health and Human Services. They will discuss “Enrollment/Payment Suspensions.” Ms. Sorensen will be speaking on September 25, 2011 on “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Anti-Kickback Statute.”

This program is designed specifically for compliance officers and health attorneys who must advise their clients and institutions on the latest developments in fraud and abuse and compliance issues.
