The seminar was held in St. Petersburg, Florida, on May 24, 2012. Mr. Matthews’ presentation was titled “Mitigation at Sentencing.” Panelists included Amy Baron-Evans, Sentencing Resource Counsel for the Federal Public and Community Defenders; Barry Pollack of Miller Chevalier; and Megan Rowland, Investigation/Mitigation Specialist at the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Tampa, Florida.
