Foley Partner and Vice Chair of the firm's Government Enforcement, Compliance & White Collar Defense Practice, Michael Matthews, moderated a panel discussion at the Twenty First Annual National Seminar on the Federal Sentencing Guidelines. The seminar was held in St. Petersburg, Florida, on May 24, 2012.
