2012 Labor and Employment Summit

Our first annual summit is an educational program geared to labor and employment professionals.

Introduction
Steve Edwards, WBEZ Host of The Afternoon Shift with Steve Edwards, a daily conversation about news, culture, and ideas airing from 2:00 p.m to 4:00 p.m. weekdays on WBEZ 91.5 FM. Steve will be providing some interesting insight on the political climate and upcoming election.

Foley Partner David Sanders will present "Drafting and Enforcing Noncompete Agreements; Latest Developments," where he will provide an overview of recent case law involving noncompete agreements and will focus on understanding the complex area of restrictive covenants. Mr. Sanders will also discuss grounding in enforceability and drafting enforceable restrictions.
