Gardere Partner Clifford J. Risman, chair of the Firm's Hospitality Industry Team, is scheduled to participate in the panel discussion, "Mechanics of Unwinding the Owner-Management Relationship" at the 2014 Hospitality Law Conference in Houston. This will include topics such as terminating and rehiring employees, the removal of signage and trademarked items, and preparing a final accounting and reserving for claims.
