American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA) Fraud and Compliance Institute

Partners Larry Vernaglia and Judy Waltz will be presenters at the AHLA Fraud and Compliance Institute conference. Mr. Vernaglia will co-present the session titled “Transparency, Conflicts of Interest, Physician Owned Distributorships and Their Ilk.” Ms. Waltz will co-present the session titled “Emerging Medicare and Medicaid Administrative Enforcement Tools.”

This program is designed specifically for compliance officers and health attorneys who must advise their clients and institutions on the latest developments in fraud and abuse and compliance issues.
