Foley is proud to host the IFCE‘s 2015 New Year Reception on February 26, 2015 at the firm’s Washington D.C. office.

Mr. Ming Yang, Senior Climate Change Specialist of Global Environment Facility (GEF) will provide reception participants with a technical briefing titled "Energy Efficiency: First Tool to Mitigate Climate Change in China and the United States." The technical briefing will be given from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Additionally, he will provide a brief introduction to IFCE programs and plans for 2015 following Ming Yang's briefing.
