Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Internet, eCommerce and Technology Team, will co-present "What Lawyers Need to Know About eEvidence in the Internet of Things" at the upcoming TexasBarCLE. IoT are those things connected to the Internet, which may capture data about consumers, businesses and governments. As a result the IoT data contains eEvidence, but most lawyers do not understand how and where to seize it. This webcast will include a discussion about what IoT is, where the IoT data is found and how to get the IoT generated eEvidence based on possession, custody or control.
