Please join Foley’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation attorneys on Thursday, July 16, 2015 for the summer session of the 2015 Employee Benefits Broadcast.

This program will discuss current developments for employers under the Affordable Care Act, and help employers focus on what they should be doing now, and thinking about for the future. Topics will include:

  • Recent changes to mandated benefits, such as preventive services and out-of-pocket maximums
  • Documenting your decisions under the employer shared responsibility rules, and getting ready for changes taking effect in 2016
  • Preparing for the new health plan reporting obligations under Code sections 6055 and 6056
  • Planning for the Cadillac excise tax in 2018

The Employee Benefits Broadcast provides participants with needed information in the most efficient manner possible — only a telephone line and Internet access are required to participate — allowing employee benefits professionals to stay up-to-date with timely information from anywhere in the nation.
