Foley Special Counsel Eric Berg will be presenting at the Princeton Club of New York’s event, “Is This Being Recorded?” on May 10, 2016.
This presentation will feature Berg’s explanation of how the U.S. Department of Justice deals with electronic surveillance. The discussion will include an overview of the probable cause required to monitor communications and typical arguments used to attack the government’s decision to use surveillance. Berg will also mention trends associated with surveillance, such as “going dark”, white collar investigations, and international concerns.
