7th Annual Alabama Telehealth Summit

Foley attorneys Thomas (T.J.) Ferrante, Kyle Faget, and Monica Chmielewski will be presenting at the 7th Annual Alabama Telehealth Summit hosted by the Southeastern Telehealth Resource Center.

On Tuesday, August 14, 2018 from 10:45 – 11:30 am, Foley Senior Counsel T.J. Ferrante, will present “The Legal Considerations of Telehealth Implementation” that will discuss implementable strategies you can use to create successful telehealth programs in any agency.

In addition, from 2:00 -3:00 pm , Foley Partner Monica Chmielewski and Foley Special Counsel Kyle Faget will co-present “Telemedicine & Medical Devices: Legal and Regulatory Issues”.
