Partner and Chair of the Patent Office Trials Practice, George Quillin will speak at the Chicago-Kent College of Law’s Supreme Court IP Review (SCIPR). The Supreme Court IP Review is a conference designed to provide intellectual property practitioners, jurists, legal academics and law students with a review of IP cases from the U.S. Supreme Court's previous Term, a preview of cases on the docket for the upcoming Term, and a discussion of certiorari petitions to watch.
Mr. Quillin will address the implications of Oil States Energy Services, LLC v. Greene’s Energy Group, LLC
, in which he served as counsel of record for Greene’s Energy at the cert. stage as well as was one of Greene’s counsel at the merits stage.
