Telemedicine Law & Regulation in Florida and Beyond

Foley Senior Counsel Thomas (T.J.) Ferrante, a member of the firm's Telemedicine & Digital Health Industry Team, will present at the Hillsborough County Bar Association Health Care Law Luncheon on November 29, 2018. His presentation is titled "Telemedicine Law & Regulation in Florida and Beyond."

Mr. Ferrante will educate Florida healthcare attorneys on the regulatory structure of Florida's telemedicine industry in order to identify legal and regulatory compliance issues for clients participating in this evolving and heavily-regulated industry.
