RAPS Regulatory Convergence

Foley Partner Monica Chmielewski and Special Counsel Kyle Faget, both members of Foley’s Health Care Industry Team, will be presenting at this year’s RAPS Regulatory Convergence conference on Tuesday, September 24^th at 1:00 p.m. ET. Their presentation is titled, “Ensuring Regulatory Alignment with Innovative Virtual Siteless Clinical Design Trial Methodologies and wearables to Support Drug Development.” Ms. Chmielewski and Ms. Faget will also be joined by Crystal Browning (Senior Director Regulatory Affairs – Pfizer – ENTERPRISE), Joy Chen (Senior Manager, Regulatory Lead – Pfizer, Inc.), and Jay Nayar (Technical Program Manager, Regulatory – Verily Life Sciences). The session will explain the regulatory complexities around siteless/virtual clinical studies, engage regulatory authorities about siteless/virtual clinical studies, and construct siteless/virtual clinical studies that support regulatory guidelines and drug development.
