Foley Of Counsel Mark Neuberger was quoted in an article that appeared in The Miami Herald on September 27, 2011 titled "Online rants -- What's Protected?" Neuberger discusses the employment law complications that can potentially arise when employees use social media outlets to vent workplace frustrations. He states that both employees and employers should be careful with what they do online, adding that there is no direct answer to what is allowable when publically posting complaints about the workplace online.
