CBS 11 News spoke with Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, Chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce and Technology Industry Team, about social media "cyberslam."
"People need to think about the ramifications of whatever is posted – whether it's Facebook, tweets, LinkedIn, whatever people are doing," Mr. Vogel said. "They need to be mindful of the fact that anything that's ever posted on the Internet, they just have to assume it's there forever."
