Gardere Partner Peter S. Vogel, chair of the Firm's Internet, eCommerce, and Technology Industry Team, spoke to CBS DFW about insurance companies using devices to track customers' driving habits.

"I think there's some very complex privacy problems associated with this," says Vogel. "Individuals do not necessarily realize that they're giving up their right to privacy associated with where they go and what their speed is."
