Partner Gardner Davis was quoted in an article that appeared in the Jacksonville Business Journal on July 6, 2012 titled “Experts question whether health reform will cut costs.” The article discusses whether or not health care costs will be cut as a result of the Supreme Court ruling in favor of the Affordable Care Act. Mr. Davis was quoted saying, “Small businesses have been getting creamed by double-digit annual increases in premiums for the past 10 years. The situation is totally understandable.”
