Partner Jonathan Moskin was quoted in the National Law Journal on February 17, 2014 in an article titled “Starbucks Takes High Road Against Parodist.” The article discusses how the Los Angeles County Health Department — not intellectual property law —forced the "Dumb Starbucks" coffee shop in Los Angeles to close. Moskin was quoted saying, “Big companies are often better off letting the infringement slide — especially if action is likely to bring negative attention.”
