Partner Roger Strode was quoted in an article published in The Ambulatory M&A Advisor on April 9, 2014, titled “Investing in Investment Bankers.” The article discusses the importance and value of including an investment banker on the team of industry professionals who are hired to assist in the selling of ambulatory centers and urgent cares. Strode was quoted saying, “A seller shouldn’t just hire someone to drive as hard a bargain as possible and drive up a high price and then, in the end, not sell.”
