The Dallas Business Journal covered the announcement of the June 19 groundbreaking date for Crescent Real Estate Holding LLC's newest development, the 20-story, $225 million McKinney & Olive tower in Uptown Dallas. Gardere, the anchor tenant of the development, has signed a 15-year lease with Crescent. The building is set to be completed in 2016.
