Representing clients in a variety of industries and sectors, Mirrafati also works with corporations to address employment issues associated with M&A transactions and advises human resource professionals on wage and hour compliance, employment agreements, leaves of absence, and personnel policies and procedures.

“Adding a practitioner of Kamran’s caliber is a strategic move to continue building our capabilities in California, which has long been a hotbed of labor and employment law activity and other emerging issues faced by companies,” said Thomas F. Prior to joining Foley, Mirrafati was a partner in the Labor & Employment practice group at Seyfarth Shaw LLP.
