Foley was featured in the July 10, 2014 Real Estate Weekly article, “Massey Knakal Expands to 40,000 s/f.” The article discusses Massey Knakal’s Manhattan office expansion and 15 year lease.
Foley represented Massey Knakal Realty Services in a transaction to expand its Manhattan office at 275 Madison Avenue, a Class-A, Art Deco landmark building. The company will occupy the entire base of the building owned by RFR Realty for a total of 40,738 rentable square feet plus future expansion rights.
The Foley team included Brian M. Cohen and Cristina L. Addy.
