Partner Andrew Baum was quoted in an Inside Counsel article, “Supreme Court Sides with B&B Hardware in Trademark Case,” on March 25, 2015. The article discussed how the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling on B&B Hardware vs. Hargis Industries will impact corporate legal departments facing trademark litigation.
Baum said that the Supreme Court’s decision means attorneys will have to pay more attention to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office’s Trademark Trial and Appeal Board cases, as they could have more effect on court cases.
