Partner Bernard Bobber appeared on the cover of the 2015 Wisconsin Best Lawyers issue and was quoted in the article, “An Uneasy Union.” The article discussed Wisconsin becoming the 25th right-to-work state and the uncertain future of unions. Bobber was quoted saying, “A union’s income is dues, and they can only put so much time and resources into business development and expansion. In a right-to-work state, unions face the prospect of going to all that effort to organize and finding half or more individuals choose not to pay dues.”
