Partner Nathaniel Lacktman was quoted in a Bloomberg BNA Health Law Resource Center article, “Telehealth Applications Set for Big 2016, Panelists Say,” on December 7, 2015. The article provided a recap of a telehealth panel at the American Bar Association’s Washington Health Law Summit, of which Lacktman was a panelist. Lacktman said 2016 was, “going to be the year of telehealth and ACOs,” explaining that the organizations would jump at the chance to provide their participants with cost savings through the latest technological advancements.
