Report on Medicare Compliance. The article discussed key billing and coding compliance issues for Medicare telehealth services, as well as the 25 percent increase in telehealth claims submitted to Medicare in 2015. Lacktman was quoted saying, “More Medicare doors will open for telehealth in advanced payment models, including the Medicare Shared Savings Program, the Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement (CJR) model and Next Generation Accountable Care Organizations.”
