Stoll Quoted on EPA's Possible Reversal of Endangerment Finding
December 15, 2016
Inside EPA/Climate
Partner Richard Stoll was quoted in an Inside EPA/Climate article, “Pruitt at EPA Helm not Expected to Immediately Target GHG Risk Finding,” on December 15, 2016. The article discusses Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt’s appointment to lead the EPA and the expectation that he will not seek to roll back the agency’s greenhouse gas endangerment finding. Stoll said that it “would be unwise” for Pruitt to direct the EPA to reverse the finding and that, “most importantly, I think there is no need for them to touch the endangerment finding in order to scale back GHG rules such as the Clean Power Plan.”
