Waltz Quoted on Medicare Payment Error Rate Failure

Partner Judy Waltz was quoted in an article, “Medicare Dinged for Failing to Lower Payment Error Rates,” covering the problems with Medicare Advantage, home health, inpatient rehabilitation and the ACA’s expansion of Medicare.

“I would expect those error rates to continue to decline as the states get better at these requirements,” said Waltz. “But [the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services] may need to ride them a bit harder to get this done.”
