Foley Gardere partner Clifford J. Risman has been presented the 2018 Anthony G. Marshall Hospitality Law Award at the Annual Hospitality Law Conference April 12 presented by HospitalityLawyer.com.
The award’s namesake, a columnist, educator, lecturer, lawyer and hospitality management professional, served as the dean of Florida International University’s School of Hospitality Management. Each year, a selection committee honors Marshall’s legacy by recognizing a hospitality law professional who, according to the organization’s website, has made “pioneering and lasting contributions to the field of hospitality law.”
A veteran real estate lawyer, Risman represents companies that develop, own operate and finance hotels and resorts around the world.
