Noller Quoted in Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times About Alderman’s Cooperation with FBI

13 March 2019 Chicago Tribune, Chicago Sun-Times News
Partner Lisa Noller was quoted in the Chicago Tribune article, “Bombshell filing details FBI’s Two-Year Probe of Alleged Corruption by Ald. Daniel Solis” and the Chicago Sun-Times article, “Ald. Danny Solis Confirms Role as FBI Mole, Pleads for Privacy” about Chicago Ald. Danny Solis’ cooperation with the FBI in an ongoing corruption investigation. The articles revealed parts of previously sealed affidavit used in a search warrant against Solis.

Noller told both newspapers that Solis had decided to cooperate with the federal government to continue to serve the city of Chicago’s best interests. “Because his cooperation is part of an ongoing federal investigation, Mr. Solis cannot comment on the allegations against him contained in the recently unsealed affidavit that is part of the federal investigation.”
